• The Trustees are all unpaid.
  
• The secretary and treasurer, Mr Norman Fyfe of Miller Beckett and Jackson, Glasgow solicitors, ensures that we comply with the statutory regulations, e.g. auditing the accounts. This incurs an administration fee.
  
• A local stockbroker provides investment advice and agreed transactions at very modest cost.
  
• The City of Glasgow Society of Social Service handles the distribution of funds to the beneficiaries.

Containing the administration costs allows us to distribute more funds to the beneficiaries, however as most of the costs are ‘fixed’ a very high proportion of each additional donation goes to the beneficiaries.
